Where it began…

1st September 2020…

During the first lockdown, I was living at my parents home in rural Dorset and, much like the rest of the county (and the world), enjoyed daily walks to maintain my sanity and keep fit in the absence of the gym.

On the 1st of September, I posted an image from one of my walks on my personal Instagram which gave me the idea to set up another Instagram account for all of the things I love about the Dorset coast and countryside - which is pretty much everything.

Just over a year and more than 200 posts later, I am excited to be expanding the Dorset Coast & Country platform into its own website where I can do more to celebrate Dorset; from the beautiful scenery to the independent businesses that plant their roots here.
